We participate with most commercial and Medicaid plans. In addition, we participate with Tricare (TriWest) plans. Due to the large number of insurance plans available, however, we cannot guarantee that every service we provide to you will be covered by your insurance plan. Please make sure you understand your individual plan benefits and limitations.

We will gladly file your insurance claim; however, copayments, deductible amounts, coinsurance, or fees for non-covered services will be collected at the time of service. If we cannot verify your coverage, or you don’t have insurance, payment will be due at the time of your appointment. You can pay by cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Review our financial policy here.
