This qualified nurse can provide you with appropriate clinical advice or direct you to your child's care team if necessary. Don't forget, you can even send the nurse a secure electronic message during these times using our patient portal.

If you call or text us when we aren’t here, you will be connected to a qualified nurse from Children's Mercy Hospital who can assist you and, if necessary, connect you with one of our doctors. At least one of our physicians is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
