We participate with most commercial insurance companies.  In addition, we participate with Tricare (TriWest), Missouri Healthnet, Family Health Partners and Healthcare USA.  Please remember to bring your insurance card to the appointment.

Due to the large number of insurance plans available, we cannot guarantee that every service we provide to you will be covered by your insurance plan.  Please make sure you understand your individual plan benefits and limitations.  

We will gladly file your insurance claim, but copayments, deductible amounts, coinsurance, or fees for non-covered services will be collected at the time of service.  If we cannot verify your coverage, or you don’t have insurance, payment will be due at the time of your appointment. You can pay by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).  Review our financial policy here.
