If you have a life threatening emergency requiring immediate attention, dial 911 at once! Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our staff will answer calls daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.(Monday through Friday) and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Calls outside of these hours will be handled by an answering service and, if necessary, forwarded to the Children's Mercy Hospital Nurse Triage service or to the physician on-call.
