Because every policy plan is different, we do not know exactly which services are covered by your particular insurance plan.  For example, some policies may require that you use only selected reference labs and will not pay for tests or x-rays performed at our on-site labs.  In addition, many companies set an annual maximum or limit the coverage for well-child care or immunizations.  The verification process performed in our office only provides us with minimal information regarding patient benefits.  Therefore we recommend that you contact your insurance company to obtain specific information about your coverage.
